According to a report from Gazzetta dello Sport, Inter intend to utilise promising defender Alessandro Bastoni next season.

The teenager is currently out on loan at fellow Serie A side Parma and has impressed having made 11 appearances for the Ducali since arriving in the Summer transfer window.

Upon the expiry of his loan deal, he will be back at Inter in the Summer and will be back at Inter to stay rather than going back out on loan, so long as he continues to develop as he has been.

Unlike with Bastoni, Inter do not have a plan in place for another young defender on their books in Zinho Vanheusden.

The 18-year-old Belgian youth international is currently on loan at Standard Liege and Inter are yet to make a decision with regards to what they will do with him next season.

He has made 17 appearances during his loan spell and the Belgian giants have shown an interest in keeping him past this season.
