Inter Unsure What To Do With Vanheusden

Inter are still to make a decision on what they will do with Zinho Vanheusden when he returns from loan at the end of the season according to a report from Gazzetta dello Sport.

The young centre back has six months left to run on his 18 month loan spell with Standard Liege in his native Belgium, whose manager Michael Preud’homme has recently been clear in stating he wants Vanheusden’s loan to be extended.

With the Nerazzurri interested in signing Sampdoria’s Joachim Andersen and seemingly set to bring Andrew Gravillon to the club by activating the buy back clause they have on him, it is difficult to foresee where Vanheusden fits in and that’s not to mention Alessandro Bastoni returning from loan and the possible signing of the experienced Diego Godin too.

This season Vanheusden has made 17 appearances across all competitions – including four in the Europa League – in which he has scored one goal in 1171 minutes.
