Alessandro Moggi: “Conte To Inter? I’d Keep Spalletti”

Speaking to calciomercato.com football agent Alessandro Moggi spoke about the possibility of Antonio Conte becoming Inter manager in the summer.

Talking to the Italian football website he said: “It is too early to say. He is one of the best managers around so it makes sense that a big club is interested in signing him. Inter however have a great manager. If I was a director at Inter I would keep Luciano Spalletti close to me.”

Rumours continue to circulate about the security of Luciano Spalletti’s position at Inter. With the club crashing out of the UEFA Champions League at the first round stage and add to that Inter’s poor start to the calendar year 2019 and the whole Mauro Icardi saga it’s easy to understand why there is uncertainty at the club right now.

Despite all these problems it would seem that Inter have turned the corner lately and results are starting to come their way and the performances are also on the up.
