In an interview to Inter TV, Inter CEO Alessandro Antonello spoke about Inter’s 111th birthday and the club in general.
“To be part of the Inter family is a privilege, but the most important thing is to celebrate this anniversary together with the fans. People, like players, come and go, but the club remains. As always you can see the love of the fans, they support the club no matter what. Even today is a demonstration of how much the Inter fans appreciate the team and the club. That is why we have to thank those who support us in this particular moment. We need it.”
On the occasion of Inter’s 111th birthday, Antonello had the following to say: “A great moment that is great to share together with the fans, especially with all the fans that are here today. I have noticed that an event like this is highly appreciated by the fans.”
He also spoke on Inter’s relationship with Nike.
“Ahead of the derby it is worth noticing that we are the only team that have worn a Nike jersey for more than 20 years. An important shirt that also has had an impact during the fashion week. I hope that this is a good omen ahead of the derby.”
