Borja Valero insisted he and his teammates ‘cannot stop’ following their 1-0 loss to Lazio on Sunday night at San Siro.

A first half Sergej Milinkovic-Savic header was enough to secure the visitors an all important three points which put them within three points of the Champions League places.

“We cannot stop. This was a very important match from the opponent’s point of view. We had some chances, but after their goal we were nervous,” he remarked in an interview with Italian broadcaster Sky Sport.

He was then asked to comment on Mauro Icardi’s situation.

“I do not think it is the right time to talk about Icardi. The coach has already about him. They have to talk about it while we must concentrate on the issues on the field and that is enough for us. We try not to talk about his situation because we have already talked about him too much.”
