Inter’s biggest move in the upcoming Summer transfer market will come in the midfield according to a report from Tuttosport.

Barcelona midfielder Ivan Rakitic is at the top of Inter sporting director Piero Ausilio’s shortlist and he may not be the only Barcelona player headed for Inter either with Malcom arriving on a loan deal also a possibility.

Inter are also on the lookout for a replacement for Mauro Icardi and Edin Dzeko could be that player. Current Inter manager Luciano Spalletti ended his tenure at Roma on bad terms with Dzeko but that will not be a problem as the Turin based newspaper detail that Antonio Conte will replace him on the bench this Summer.

Conte had tried to bring Dzeko to Chelsea while in charge at Stamford Bridge and he would be very happy to sign him at Inter.

Matteo Darmian could also be on his way to the Nerazzurri with Inter chief executive Giuseppe ‘Beppe’ Marotta a great admirer of the Manchester United full back. The former Torino player would also slot excellently into Conte’s 3-5-2 system.

In terms of outgoing transfers, Antonio Candreva is on the verge of a goodbye while Ivan Perisic is longing for a move to the Premier League and has enlisted the help of Doyen Sports to help him get there.
