Football agent Alessandro Canovi is convinced that becoming the next manager of Inter is not an option for Antonio Conte.

“Will he go to Roma? Probably. Milan are an alternative for him. I say Milan because I know Leonardo and I know how he works: he is very ambitious and he would not have accepted Milan if the Milan project was not a serious one,” he remarked in an interview with Centro Suono Sport.

Canovi then went on to discuss why he is of the belief that Conte to Inter is not a possibility.

“I do not think Inter can go in for Conte. It is not because they could not offer the big salary that he command but rather because Spalletti has a €4 million a year contract for another two years and I do not think that the Nerazzurri club can pay two coaches with such important wages at one time.”
