Inter could become embroiled in a tug of war with Mauro Icardi due to the differing views they have over his future with the club according to a report from Corriere dello Sport.

Icardi and his wife, and agent, Wanda have made it clear that they wish to remain in Milan but Inter have seemingly made their mind up that he has no future with the club after all of the off-field drama recently.

The Icardi’s, if forced to leave, only want to remain in Italy for family reasons and will therefore reject any offers from abroad.

A move to Juventus is the only move that they will entertain but Inter are unwilling to allow the 26-year-old to depart for the Bianconeri unless Paulo Dybala is part of the deal.

New Inter manager Antonio Conte wants Romelu Lukaku to spearhead his attack but Inter will have to sell Icardi to grant Conte’s wishes.
