Despite appearing certain to leave Inter this Summer, it now looks most probable that Ivan Perisic will in fact be staying with the club according to a report from Gazzetta dello Sport.
Back in January he submitted a transfer request amid Premier League interest whilst it has also been speculated that Inter could use him as part of a deal to try and sign Romelu Lukaku more recently.
However, newly appointed Inter boss Antonio Conte has plans to reinvent the Croatian who will play an important role down the left hand side of the pitch in his system. Whilst he will have to perform some more defensive duties, he will be given far more freedom to run up the wing also.
Unless an offer that is too good for Inter to refuse arrives for him, he will be staying put. Inter rejected €50 million last Summer from Manchester United and the Milan based newspaper suggest that the 30-year-old is now valued at around €30 million.
