Inter Could Make Move For Roma’s Florenzi

Alessandro Florenzi could well follow Roma teammate Edin Dzeko north to join Inter in the upcoming Summer transfer window according to a report from Tuttosport.

As per various reports, Inter and Roma have already reached a deal over Bosnian striker Dzeko, who could be formally announced during the coming week.

Newly appointed Inter manager Antonio Conte is understood to have requested Florenzi, who he worked together with whilst in charge of the Italian national team.

Conte likes the versatility that Florenzi offers with the 28-year-old comfortably able to play in four different positions. He is naturally a right back but can play on the right wing in a 4-4-2 or as a wing back on either side of the 3-5-2.

Florenzi, who has recently been named captain of the capital city club, is valued at €30 million but Inter could insert some young players to bring the cash side of the deal down a bit.
