Cristiano Biraghi arrived in Milan this morning and will now complete a medical ahead of his move to Inter.

The Fiorentina full-back will undergo a series of tests, split into two parts, before putting pen to paper on his new five-year deal with the Nerazzurri.

Biraghi is due to resign for Inter on loan with an option to buy for €12 million, with Dalbert moving in the opposite direction as part of a swap deal.

The Italy international will then begin training with his new teammates at Appiano Gentile later in the afternoon.

Antonio Conte wanted another option on the left-hand side of his 3-5-2 system and Inter identified their former academy left-back as an ideal profile.

Biraghi spent seven years in the club’s youth system before leaving to join Chievo in 2014.

Inter are likely to make two official announcements in the next 48 hours with Alexis Sanchez due in Italy later today.

The Manchester United forward will arrive on a season-long loan and could have his medical tomorrow.
