Alexis Sanchez will not train with Inter’s first team today because he must fly to London for ‘bureaucratic reasons’, according to Corriere dello Sport.
The forward completed a medical yesterday before putting pen to paper on a season-long loan move from Manchester United.
But he will have to wait a little longer before he can start work with his new head coach Antonio Conte, with Inter yet to officially announce the Chilean’s arrival.
Sanchez will only have two days of training before Inter travel to play Cagliari on Sunday, meaning it is unlikely he will make his debut at the Sardegna Arena.
Conte got his tenure at Inter off to the best possible start on Monday when his side beat Lecce 4-0 in their Serie A opener.
He will now look to make it six points from a possible six this weekend before the first international break of the season begins.
