Legendary Italian manager Fabio Capello has shared his thoughts on Inter’s performance in their 1-1 draw against Slavia Prague in the opening round of the Champions League group stage.
Inter were just minutes away from suffering defeat to the Czech outfit before midfielder Nicolo Barella saved the day with a late volley that secured Inter a point.
“Inter found themselves in trouble. Antonio Conte says it takes time, and I can agree with that but Inter was expected to do more. Inter only performed sporadically and done little else more,” he remarked in an interview with Italian broadcaster Sky Sport.
