Stefano Sensi will miss tomorrow evening’s Serie A match at home to Hellas Verona due to injury according to a report from Italian broadcaster Sky Sport Italia.
Inter manager Antonio Conte had admitted during his pre-match press conference that tests would be needed to determine whether or not Sensi would miss the match and initial tests have confirmed a muscle problem, which will cause him to miss out.
Further tests will be conducted to determine the extent of the injury. The report goes on to state that the player himself is aiming to return for Inter’s first match back after the international break away to Torino on November 23.
Sensi joined Inter this past Summer from Sassuolo and took many by surprise with his performances in the early part of the season.
He was injured just before the previous international break and had only just returned to action in Tuesday night’s 3-2 Champions League loss to Borussia Dortmund.
