Inter full-back Antonio Candreva celebrated the Nerazzurri’s tough 2-1 victory over Hellas Verona at the San Siro last night with a post on his Instagram page.
The 32-year-old Italian was substituted on in the 63rd minute in place of wing-back Cristiano Biraghi, who was looking a little sluggish and tired. Candreva immediately impacted the game and his impressive hold-up play allowed the Nerazzurri to keep on the front foot throughout the remainder of the second half.
Candreva posted a few photos from the game alongside the caption: “Great team reaction and we won a difficult game in a comeback!”
