Following Inter’s 3-1 win over Slavia Prague, Romelu Lukaku spoke with Inter TV and shared his thoughts about the game.

“Today’s result is very important for us because before it we were in a difficult situation. Next we will play against Barcelona [in the Champions League]. They are among the best three teams in the world in my opinion but we have to think about SPAL first,” he said.

“I have got on with Lautaro from day one. Since I arrived in Milan I have tried to help the team and together we can do it more. When we take to the field together, we are very good. We continue to grow along with the rest of the team.”

He then urged himself and his teammates to keep up the good work.

“We are playing very well as a team at the moment and winning many games. We must continue like this and need to give even more. We always want to win. We are very good in defence. When I play against our defenders in training I have difficulty but when I play in games I am happy [laughs].”
