Arturo Vidal would prefer a move to Inter over other clubs if the opportunity presents itself according to a report from FCInterNews.it.
The Chilean midfielder has spoken openly on several occasions lately about his future and made it clear that he is not entirely satisfied with his current situation and will not think twice about looking for alternative employment away from Barcelona if things do not change.
The report goes on to explain that Vidal is in fact Inter manager Antonio Conte’s desired addition to strengthen his midfield department in the January transfer window. Conte and Vidal worked together at Juventus with great success and there is a great relationship between the duo.
Manchester United are also seemingly keen on signing the 32-year-old. The Premier League side are looking for a high profile midfielder to add to their ranks and Vidal fits the bill.
Barcelona want at least €15 million to part ways with him but could settle for somewhere between €10-12 million for him. Inter chief executive Giuseppe ‘Beppe’ Marotta has no interest in an outright transfer right away and would far prefer a loan deal with an option to sign him instead.
