Dejan Kulusevski is deemed the ideal signing for the midfield in the upcoming January transfer window by Inter. according to a report from Italian broadcaster Sky Sport Italia.

The Swedish international has starred whilst out on loan at Parma from Atalanta but signing him will be far from easy. It will be similarly difficult for Inter to land other targets Gaetano Castrovilli, Boubakary Soumare and Rodrigo de Paul.

Inter’s desire to land a new midfielder or even two in January is far from a secret and recent injuries in the department have only strengthened this desire.

Roberto Gagliardini looks set for a period on the sidelines after tests showed he had suffered tendon damage in his foot and he joins fellow midfielders Stefano Sensi and Nicolo Barella in being out. With these three out, Inter manager Antonio Conte is down to the barebones and could have to resort to using Primavera talent Lucien Agoume.
