Inter legend and current vice president Javier Zanetti believes the possibly January transfer window signing of Arturo Vidal would take the club up a notch.
“We will see how the transfer window goes, as we have a month to get things done,” he explained in an interview with Argentine broadcaster ESPN.
“Vidal is a player with great character and experience, so we will see what happens. We are talking about a player who can certainly take us up a level, and we are already at a good level.”
The 32-year-old Chilean international is reportedly Inter’s number one transfer target for the transfer window with manager Antonio Conte believed to really want reunited with Vidal, who he worked together with with great success at Juventus.
Vidal has made it crystal clear in recent interviews and with his recent actions that he is unhappy at Barcelona and his agent Fernando Felicevich is at work trying to get him out of the Blaugrana club.
