Romelu Lukaku has taken to photo sharing social media platform Instagram to share some images of himself in training and celebrate his heritage.
The 26-year-old, who became Inter’s club record signing this past Summer when he joined for €65 million from Manchester United, was born in Belgium to Congolese parents and remains very much attached to his roots.
This season Lukaku has made 23 appearances across all competitions. In almost 2000 minutes on the field, he has scored 16 goals and tallied three assists.
“Leopard Zaïrois,” he posted as a caption to some images of him sprinting in training.
