Former Inter defender Massimo Paganin discussed the Nerazzurri’s 1-1 draw against Atalanta last night in an interview with Italian broadcaster Inter TV.
“Over the course of an entire season, it can happen that in certain games things don’t go as one would like. Conte will analyse the match in the best possible way, to see where he can improve his team. Inter have always lost the ball and given it to their opponents in recent games.”
Paganin then spoke about Atalanta and their efforts in yesterday’s draw.
“Atalanta are an atypical team because they’re very physical and we’ve seen that. In some areas of the pitch, the hosts, especially in the second half of the match, didn’t manage to win many one-on-ones. Beyond all that, Inter had a good game for a good stretch. We can say that after Malinovskyi entered the pitch, the visiting team showed a lot of freshness.”
