Arsenal are plotting a move for Paris Saint Germain defender Layvin Kurzawa according to a report from British news outlet The Sun.
The Gunners are on the lookout for some reinforcements to ease their defensive woes, particularly at left back, with Kieran Tierney and Sead Kolasinac both out injured.
Kurzawa’s contract with the reigning French champions is due to expire at the end of this season but Arsenal could make a £6 million (approximately €7 million) to bring him to the club between now and the end of this transfer window.
The French international has drawn links to several other clubs in recent weeks and months, including Inter, and it remains to be seen if any of them will battle it out with Arsenal to sign him this month.
This season the 27-year-old has made 14 appearances across all competitions. In his 838 minutes on the field, he has however been unable to score or assist any goals.
