Manchester United’s Ashley Young remains hopeful that he will be able to complete a move to Inter this month according to a report from British news outlet The Sun.

Inter have been working on a deal that would see them bring in another left back in Leonardo Spinazzola in recent days but Young still believes that the Nerazzurri club wish to add him to their ranks despite this.

Inter are understood to have already agreed personal terms with the 34-year-old Englishman, who has rejected the chance of signing a contract extension with the Red Devils.

Antonio Conte’s Inter do however need to try and work out a deal with United, who are reluctant to let him go, despite him rejecting a contract and the fact he is out of contract in six months time.

The report goes on to add that Inter have also reached a deal with Chelsea over the transfer of Olivier Giroud. The two clubs have agreed a deal worth a total of £6 million (approximately €7 million) and Giroud will sign a two and a half year deal with the club.
