Inter and Roma have agreed to change the terms of the swap deal they had already agreed for Matteo Politano and Leonardo Spinazzola, Sky Sport Italia journalist Fabrizio Romano has just posted to social media platform Twitter.

The two clubs had originally agreed upon a loan swap with each club obliged to buy the player at the end of the season but now the clubs will only be obliged to buy if the player they sign is to play 15 or 16 games for them. The exact number is still to be decided upon.
