Inter will not be signing Andrea Pinamonti before the January transfer window closes just shortly according to a report from transfer market expert Alfredo Pedulla.

Pedulla reported earlier on that Inter were set for talks with Genoa but the two clubs have been unable to strike an agreement because of how late it is in the transfer window and due to the fact Genoa will not have enough time to bring in a replacement.

Barring any real surprises, Pinamonti will remain with Genoa, who he joined on loan with an obligation to buy from Inter this past Summer.

Genoa will pay Inter €18 million to sign the Italian youth international on a permanent basis whilst Inter have an option to buy him back in the Summer for €19 million.

This season Pinamonti has made 18 appearances across all competitions for the Rossoblu club. In 1335 minutes on the park, Pinamonti has scored for goals and provided three assists.
