The effect of Inter’s acquisition of Danish midfielder Christian Eriksen has already been seen in their stores, according to a report from today’s paper edition of the Rome based newspaper Corriere dello Sport.

The report details how Eriksen’s number 24 shirt has already jumped to the top of the best-selling list on both Inter’s official online store and in some shops around Milan. The Nerazzurri fans are incredibly excited by the player and are hoping to see him start against Udinese in the Dacia Arena tomorrow evening.

The 27-year-old Dane played 24 minutes for the Nerazzurri in their Coppa Italia clash against Fiorentina earlier this week, with the player exciting the fans. Eriksen is contracted to the Nerazzurri until 2024, following on from his arrival from Premier League side Tottenham earlier this week.

Eriksen made 305 appearances for Spurs across all competitions in his seven years there. In that time he scored 69 goals and provided 89 assists.
