The Italian national team have taken to social media platform Twitter to wish central midfielder Nicolo Barella a happy birthday as he celebrates his 23rd birthday.

Barella, who joined Inter in the Summer of 2019 from fellow Serie A side Cagliari, has had 12 caps for the national team and is widely expected to be a feature in the Azzurri side for the years to come.

This season for Inter he has made 23 appearances across all competitions in which he has scored three goals and tallied six assists.
