Inter & Fiorentina Set To Discuss Dalbert’s Future In The Coming Days

A meeting has been scheduled between the management team’s of Inter and Fiorentina to discuss Dalbert’s future in the next few days according to a report from CalcioMercato.com.

Dalbert joined La Viola on a season long loan during the Summer transfer window and the clubs will hold talks over whether or not he will join the Florence based club on a permanent basis.

The report states that if Fiorentina do not want Dalbert permanently, Inter management duo, chief executive Giuseppe ‘Beppe’ Marotta and sporting director Piero Ausilio, have already decided that they will place the 26-year-old on the transfer market.

Dalbert joined Inter in a circa €20 million deal from Ligue 1 outfit Nice back in the Summer of 2017 but he has ultimately failed to live up to expectations and never managed to cement a regular starting berth in the team.

Whilst out on loan at Fiorentina, Dalbert has played 24 games across all competitions and in his 2077 minutes on the park he has tallied six assists.
