Inter manager Antonio Conte is to make a number of changes to the team that started Sunday’s 2-1 Serie A loss away to Lazio for Thursday night’s Europa League last 32 first leg match away to Ludogorets according to a report in today’s print edition of Gazzetta dello Sport.
Only Diego Godin will survive in defence with Milan Skriniar, Stefan de Vrij, Antonio Candreva and Ashley Young all set to be rested.
Danilo D’Ambrosio, Andrea Ranocchia, Victor Moses and Cristiano Biraghi will come in to replace the four of them respectively.
Central midfielder Nicolo Barella will be rested for the match in Razgrad, Bulgaria, and his place in the team will be taken up by Christian Eriksen, who will be given just his second start since his arrival from Tottenham Hotspur during the recent January transfer window.
Lautaro Martinez will retain his place in the attack but will have Alexis Sanchez alongside him with Romelu Lukaku to be given a very rare chance to rest.
Probable Inter starting line-up (3-5-2): Daniele Padelli; Danilo D’Ambrosio, Andrea Ranocchia, Diego Godin; Victor Moses, Matias Vecino, Marcelo Brozovic, Christian Eriksen, Cristiano Biraghi; Lautaro Martinez, Alexis Sanchez
