Inter have taken to photo sharing social media platform Instagram to highlight that Ashley Young became the first Englishman to score for the club in over 20 years with his goal against Lazio on Sunday night.
Young gave Inter the lead in their eventual 2-1 loss to the Biancocelesti just before the half time interval at the Stadio Olimpico and was the first Englishman since Paul Ince to score whilst wearing the Nerazzurri shirt.
Ince spent two years with Inter between 1995 and 1997 and his last goal for the club was in May 1997.
