Inter Owned Winger Perisic Wants Permanent Move To Bayern Munich

Ivan Perisic wants to join Bayern Munich on a permanent basis at the end of this season according to a report from German broadcaster Sport1.

The Croatian international winger joined the Bavarian club on a season long loan with an option to buy from Inter set at €20 million this past Summer and whilst his intentions are clear, Bayern Munich’s are not.

The report goes on to state that Bayern Munich are uncertain about signing him up on a permanent basis due to having set their sights on Manchester City’s Leroy Sane and Bayer Leverkusen’s Kai Havertz.

Perisic and his representatives will sit down with officials from the reigning German champions in March to hold talks over his future with the club.

The 31-year-old is currently sidelined due to an ankle injury and is expected to miss most of the remainder of the season.

This season he has made 22 appearances across all competitions, in which he has scored five goals and tallied eight assists.
