Italian broadcaster Sky Sport Italia journalist Matteo Barzaghi has claimed that Inter goalkeeper and club captain will resume ball work in training starting from tomorrow.

The 35-year-old has not played in Inter’s past five matches and is also missing tonight’s Europa League clash against Ludogorets due to a hand injury but the report from Barzaghi, who has taken to social media platform Twitter to break the news, would suggest he is not far from returning to action very soon.

“Handanovic had tests done today. From tomorrow he can resume work with the ball,” he posted.
