Inter manager Antonio Conte will not hold a press conference with the media prior to Inter’s trip to Turin this weekend to participate in the Derby D’Italia against arch rivals Juventus according to a report from Italian news agency ANSA.
Inter have taken the decision to call off the scheduled press conference that should have taken place tomorrow as a result of the Coronavirus outbreak in Italy which has caused mass disruption to many events, including football matches.
This past Sunday’s Serie A match between Inter and Sampdoria was postponed and last night’s Europa League match with Ludogorets was played behind closed doors and this weekend’s match against Juventus will also be without fans in the stands too.
Juventus manager Maurizio Sarri’s press conference will also not take place for the same reasons as Conte’s and these are now the second and third press conferences this has happened to with AC Milan manager Stefano Pioli’s press conference also not taking place.
