Lukaku Becomes First Inter Player Since Eto’o To Score At Least 2 Goals In 4 Competitions In A Single Season

Following his goal in Inter’s 2-1 win over Ludogorets in the Europa League, Romelu Lukaku has now scored at least two goals in four different competitions this season, sports data and analytics company Opta have highlighted.

The 26-year-old Belgian national team striker has now scored 23 games across all competitions to date this season and he has become the first player since the legendary Samuel Eto’o to achieve the above feat, a feat the Cameroonian achieved during the 2010/11 season.

2 – Romelu #Lukaku is the second player in @Inter history to score at least two goals in four different competitions in a single season (excl. qualif.), after Samuel Eto’o in 2010/11. Pinball.#InterLudogorets #EuropaLeague
