Inter manager Antonio Conte is to try and turn the currently confusing situation into a stimulus for his players according to a report in today’s print edition of Milan based newspaper Gazzetta dello Sport.

The past few days have seen a tonne of confusion created with fixtures being postponed and re-scheduled amid the ongoing Coronoavirus outbreak in Italy.

Inter’s past three games have been affected by the virus but the handling of this past weekend’s game in particular has been strongly criticised.

Inter were due to travel to Turin to take on arch rivals Juventus in the Derby D’Italia. In the lead up to the match, it was decided that it would be played behind closed doors but just days after this decision was made, the Lega Serie A made a u-turn and postponed the game and then re-scheduled it for the end of the season.

It is as yet unclear who Inter will be playing next but Conte will try to ensure the team do not get overwhelmed by the confusion and will use the situation to try and enhance the team rather than let it be a disturbance.
