Inter centre back Stefan de Vrij has taken to photo sharing social media platform to follow in the footsteps of fellow Serie A players by joining in with the ‘We Are One Against Covid-19’ campaign.

Matthijs de Ligt, Gianluigi Donnarumma, Justin Kluivert, Luca Pellegrini, Giacomo Bonaventura, Alessio Romagnoli, Andrea Pinamonti, Armando Izzo, Ignazio Abate, Henrikh Mkhitaryan and Mario Balotelli have all also got on board with the campaign.

The Dutch national team defender who has made 30 appearances this term posted: “All united to win this game. Close to each other, while remaining at a distance. Thanks to my friend De Ligt for offering me to join this initiative! We are one against Covid-19.”
