Matias Vecino is a major doubt ahead of Inter’s Coppa Italia semi final second leg clash with Napoli according to a report in today’s print edition of Italian daily newspaper Tuttosport.
The Uruguayan national team midfielder is struggling with a knee problem and could well miss the match against the Partneopei, which is yet to have an official date but everything is pointing toward it being played on June 13 at the Stadio San Paolo.
Whilst Vecino is a real doubt to feature for the Nerazzurri, there is growing optimism with regard to the possible participation of Stefan de Vrij, Diego Godin, Alessandro Bastoni and Danilo D’Ambrosio, all of whom have been dealing with slight issues recently.
In fact, the report from the Turin based news outlet goes on to explain that Italian national team full back D’Ambrosio is already back in training with the rest of the team ahead of the clash.
