Inter have taken to social media platform Twitter to send their condolences to current Napoli manager Gennaro Gattuso following the untimely death of his sister, Francesca.

Francesca had been in an intensive care unit since back in February and passed away on Tuesday at just 37-years-old.

Inter were one of many clubs to pay their respects to the former AC Milan and Italian national team midfielder and in their post on Twitter the Nerazzurri said: “The Club and all Nerazzurri fans send their deepest sympathies to Gennaro Gattuso following the passing of his sister, Francesca”
