Brescia starlet Sandro Tonali has chosen to join Inter but the Nerazzurri still need to reach an agreement with Brescia, according to a report from today’s paper edition of the Rome based newspaper il Messaggero.
The report details how the 20-year-old Italian has impressed in his debut season in Serie A with Brescia, attracting the interest of both Inter and Juventus. Tonali has agreed to join Inter but the Nerazzurri still haven’t reached an agreement yet with Brescia, with further talks still required to close the deal.
Brescia want €50 million for Tonali, the report continues, but Inter are hoping to secure a deal of €30 million plus a player in exchange. Lorenzo Pirola and Sebastiano Esposito are both being considered, with the latter not reaching a contract renewal agreement with the club yet.
Tonali has made 24 appearances across all competitions so far this season, for a total of 2130 minutes. In that time, he has scored one goal and provided five assists.
