Juventus will meet with Hellas Verona to discuss a possible deal for Inter target Marash Kumbulla, according to a report from Italian media outlet GianlucaDiMarzio.com earlier today.
The report details how the Gialloblu has met both the Bianconeri and the Nerazzurri in the last few days to discuss a deal for the 20-year-old Albanian defender, who has impressed in his debut season in Serie A. Inter currently have the most convincing offer, offering money and players in exchange, as well as including the possibility of leaving the player on loan at Verona for another year.
Juventus will meet with Hellas Verona next week to further discuss a possible deal, the report continues, to see if exploratory talks can turn into real negotiations. Should the Bianconeri fail to convince the Gialloblu, the Nerazzurri will secure the player’s signature uncontested.
Kumbulla has made 19 appearances across all competitions so far this season, for a total of 1581 minutes. In that time, he has scored one goal and provided seven assists.
