Manchester United and Chelsea are both interested in Inter target Federico Chiesa, according to a report from English tabloid Daily Mail.

The report details how the Red Devils and the Blues are interested in the 22-year-old Italian forward, who is contracted to the Viola until 2022, and their interest heated up further after president Rocco Commisso’s words yesterday, where he suggested that the player would be for sale at the right price.

For Manchester United, however, Chiesa is the second choice, the report highlights. The Red Devils’ first choice is Borussia Dortmund star Jadon Sancho, but the Englishman is likely to be more expensive than the Italian.

Chiesa has made 26 appearances across all competitions so far this season, for a total of 2117 minutes. In that time, he has scored seven goals and provided five assists, being one of the stars of the Florence based club. Juventus and Inter are both incredibly keen to sign the player too and have been fighting for his signature for a while now.
