Andrea Pinamonti wants assurances over playing time or will ask to be sold by Inter according to a report from Italian news outlet CalcioMercato.com.
The highly rated young striker joined Genoa on loan with an obligation to buy this past Summer and as part of the deal Inter obtained a buy back option worth around €20 million, an option they will take up in the coming months.
The report claims that Inter are weighing up the possibility of utilising the Italian youth national team player as their fourth choice striker next season.
Inter, Pinamonti and his representatives will meet to discuss his future in more detail and the report explains that if the youngster is not given assurances over playing time, he will seek a transfer away from the club.
This season the 21-year-old has made 22 appearances across all competitions to date. In his time on the field, Pinamonti has scored four goals and tallied three asssits.
