Christian Eriksen is certain to start for Inter in tomorrow night’s Coppa Italia semi final second leg away to Napoli according to a report in today’s print edition of Italian daily newspaper Corriere dello Sport.
Inter manager Antonio Conte is to deploy Inter in a 3-4-1-2 system at the Stadio San Paolo and this will allow Eriksen to play in his natural role of attacking midfielder.
Whilst football has been on hold due to the Coronavirus crisis, Eriksen has been able to get to the same level physically as his teammates something which will undoubtedly help him perform better in the remainder of the season.
The report from the Rome based news outlet goes on to explain that the Danish national team player will be tasked with feeding the ball to strikers Romelu Lukaku and Lautaro Martinez whilst Marcelo Brozovic and Nicolo Barella, who will be playing behind him, will act almost like his bodyguards.
