Ivan Perisic wishes to stay at Bayern Munich but there is distance in negotiations between Inter and the newly crowned Bundesliga champions according to a report from Italian journalist and transfer market expert Nicolo Schira.
Perisic joined the Bavaria based club on a season long loan from Inter this past Summer and as part of that deal Bayern Munich obtained an option to buy him for €20 million although that option has now expired.
The two clubs are currently in talks over his future and Schira claims that Bayern Munich would like to extend Perisic’s loan deal until the end of next season whilst Inter would prefer for him to leave permanently.
Inter want €15 million for the Croatian national team winger and Schira concludes that Bayern Munich could instead offer a sum of €10 million for the former Borussia Dortmund player.
Whilst on loan at Bayern Munich, Perisic has made 29 appearances, in which he has scored six goals and tallied eight assists.
