Speaking to Inter Channel, Fabio Galante spoke about how his time at Inter was the right decision for his career, as he was close to joining Juventus in 1996.

“I arrived in Milan at a young age, but I was already a veteran in the Pro League, two of Serie A and one in Serie B,” said Galante. “I arrived at Inter experienced and I had just won the European U-21 and participated in the 1996 Summer Olympics for Italy. There, Juventus wanted me but talking to Spinelli, I decided for Inter.”

“Then my father was very happy and I would do the same thing again today.”
