Talks between Inter and Monaco that took place yesterday over Keita Balde saw the clubs edge closer to ironing out all the details and it is understood there is great optimism on both clubs part that a deal can get done shortly a report from Corriere dello Sport states.
There is certainty over the transfer formula – loan with right to redemption – but the exact figures of the deal still need to be worked out.
Monaco are looking for a total fee amounting to €32 million whereas Inter are wishing to land the 23-year-old for between €25-26 million. While there is distance, the report goes on to say that it is not insurmountable and could perhaps include a % to any future sale involving the Senegalese international winger.
It also remains to be seen whether or not Antonio Candreva will join Monaco on the same transfer formula but for now anyway, he is evaluating the possible move.
