Inter have now reached an agreement with Monaco over the transfer of attacker Keita Balde according to a report from Sky Sport Italia’s resident transfer guru Gianluca Di Marzio.
The two clubs have come to terms over a loan with right to redemption transfer involving the 23-year-old winger worth a potential total of €39 million. Inter will pay Monaco €5 million for the season long loan and will have an option to turn the move permanent for a further €34 million the report, posted on Di Marzio’s website, clarifies.
Keita, who was omitted from Monaco’s squad for their first league match of the season, will sign a one year contract and will be linked to the Nerazzurri club for a further four seasons if they trigger their redemption option for him.
The report adds that Inter winger Antonio Candreva is not involved in this negotiation and is still mulling over a move to the principality club which will take place as a separate negotiation if he decides he fancies the move.
