Real Betis are all set to make a move for Inter midfielder Joao Mario according to a report from Sport Italia.

The Seville, Spain based club are ready to make a loan with right to redemption offer to Inter for the Portuguese outcast although the report states that Inter are ultimately looking for a loan with redemption obligation or permanent transfer for the 25-year-old.

Inter are unwilling to rule anything out however which could also see Joao Mario sensationally stay with the club despite him previously openly admitting, “I do not want to try again [at Inter], I do not have the necessary motivation, it is an experience that is over, no doubt…I will not go back.”

Joao Mario joined Inter in a near €40 million transfer two summers ago but did not deliver as expected which saw him shipped out on loan for the second half of last season to Premier League side West Ham.
