Zenga Hopes For Inter Return As A Coach

Walter Zenga continues his career as a coach away from Inter despite hoping for a move back to the Nerazzuri as a coach. The legendary goalkeeper, nicknamed “Spider man” spent 12 years in an Inter uniform and confessed his desire to return to Inter in an interview with RMC Sport.

“The more you go on with the years and the more you want to go home, you go around the world, but at a certain point you feel the need to come back. I hope to have an opportunity.”

He continued to talk about Inter and Milan’s transfers and the upcoming season.

“If Inter takes Modric they must push to try to win the Scudetto, they can not finish third or fourth…I like what Milan did: they have some young and interesting players: Romagnoli, Caldara and Calabria future of the Azzurri.”

He concluded with his thoughts on the National Team coaching.

“The football situation in Italy is critical, I do not understand the conflict of interest for Pirlo, who must and can do what he wants…If Mancini wants, he can call me …”
