Italian Pundit Sconcerti: “Inter To Finish Second, They Have A Lot Of Class”

Italian pundit Mario Sconcerti has revealed how he believes the top four will look come May ahead of the Serie A season commencing this weekend in his weekly column for Milan based newspaper for Corriere della Sera.

“Juventus, then Inter, Roma third, Milan fourth. Napoli is missing, they are a team which I can not give a value to, they are without a stable place between the second and sixth place,” his column began before he focused more specifically on Inter.

“It’s as if Luciano Spalletti was building a team that tries to win alone, with an adventurous game, made of special moments, with all players able to score at any moment. There is a lot of class, but today the balance is knowing how to score even when playing badly and it seems to me that Inter is succeeding. They have the right men for this, from Lautaro to Keita, to Nainggolan, who added to Perisic and Icardi, immediately bring a base of at least twenty wins. A great director is missing in the middle and in the end much will depend on the growth of Gagliardini.”
